Have just settled my legality in United Kingdom. I have a child with a British Girl friend and I have been issued with 2 years working visa. With this, do I qualify for ordinary student?

What does settled your legality mean?

How long have you lived in the UK?
    What nationality are you?
    What is it you want?

Have a look here if you are after student finance. It doesnt sound like you are eligible .
