Does anybody have any experiences or advice, regarding how to hold down a part time job with Social Anxiety. Or anything of the sort, for that matter.

Last Christmas, I successfully got through the interview process for a part time Christmas job at House of Fraser. However, the first day, I was unable to cope with the situation. It was one of the most difficult things, if not the most, I have been through.

I have tried not to let it put me off working, I think I applied for a job of which deals with face to face customer service? Something I wanted to prove I could do, despite.. issues? However, I could not.

I have decided, with all of this in mind (and being a student) I will allow myself time before going into this again, plus I want to find a job of which is not too heavily pressured on social skills (However, I know this is inevitable)

Any advice, or person experiences? Would be greatly appreciated!
Along with recommendations for companies or types of jobs of which would be less 'traumatic'.. less intimating for those in a similar situation!

Thank you so much for reading!
