    Not assault (I'm assuming you're similar ages, not like 20 (him) and 12 (you). But it is edging on sexual harassment. Tell him that he made you uncomfortable, and you want to make clear that him kissing you was unacceptable and it must not be repeated.

    That would be rape, not sexual assault. Rape covers any type of penile penetration, including of the mouth.
