UMS for Cambridge/GCSEs for Oxford

Do you still use UMS when looking at applications? I read somewhere that due to reforms, UMS is not being used as much.

If you do, what sort of UMS will a person who gets an interview have?

Lastly, how about if you do good in most of the modules but have 2 bad tests. This one is a bit specific as I have
Maths
C1 - 93
C2 - 78
S1 - 92
Further Maths
FP1 - 91
M1 - 89
M2 - 78

I would like to apply to Oxford or Cambridge to study Economics/Econ&Management but I am kind of putting off Cambridge due to my UMS as I am not sure I have a great chance.

Then again, Oxford take GCSEs into account and I had something like
3A*s 7As 1B, so I am worried that will disadvantage me at Oxford

Sorry to anyone reading this for the 3rd time.. I just want to make an informed choice.
