How many of you lose your way and forget who you are? Watch

    Just wondering as i seem to do this a lot. For example i lost who i was and punched the ground multiple times in anger and sadness which caused my knuckles to bleed, also had an anxiety attack that caused me to shake. (that was all yesterday in college). I had reasons to be like this. However, i always revive who i am, i go off track in life but i do end up back to where i'm meant to be luckily. I always say to myself "I'm XO and that's what i should live to be". Please, tell me if your the same
