Felt like sharing some positive ideas in what is a forum where a lot of users are facing problems.

"School-aged children can be taught to better their mental health through intervention programmes delivered at school."

"This research shows that it is possible to promote psychological well-being in middle childhood through an integrated school-based intervention programme informed by concepts of positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy,”
    ~Dr Michael Pluess

I hope this demonstrates that working with schools can be positive, and that a holistic approach to mental health can be the best option for young people.
