I had my passport certified by an employee in head office for the company I work at a while ago as part of right to work check documents. However they have since misplaced the copy and asked for another. I have however renewed my passport since then as it had exipired, no details have changed on it though (apart from pic). Would head office need to physically see my new passport or am I able to send them a copy of it as they'd already seen and certified my old one?

    Thanks

You'd have to ask Head Office, but they are obliged to physically see the evidence, and as they have no record of having done that, I suspect they will need to physically see the passport, not a copy.
