Astrophysics EPQ Help

Hey everyone,
I'm starting an EPQ on astrophysics, and I was wondering on a topic. The main ones that come to mind are dark matter and black holes. I'm probably going to go with the former, as black holes can be a subsection of it. What do all of you think? Also, how should I start, and any ideas of structure or best places to research?
Thanks
I'm not really sure how well those will work for an EPQ, as you're pretty much just limited to summarising current progress in those areas, and even then you probably won't have the necessary background to deal with a lot of the bleeding edge stuff. Remember the EPQ is actually graded and there is hence a marking rubric you need to be working towards. Something like exoplanets would probably be more accessible to your background and equally relevant to astrophysics.
