Tuition Fees best method of payment.

Hi,

So I have to pay tuition fees for the coming year. I have money on my Australian Debit Card.

Should I transfer the money into a UK account or just pay it directly off my debit card. Which would work out cheapest? Its for a Masters so is substantially more than undergrad so the savings would potentially be significant.

Does your Australian account charge you for transactions in other currencies?

If so then you'll be best transferring the funds across to a UK account to avoid the charge. You'll also likely get a better exchange rate.
