Just want to know what the costs are with insurance and whether you were allowed to use the car for the test.

If anyone here has been through Marmalade learner insurance, I'd love to hear your thoughts on them.

i used them for two month and you can get free quote from their website.i pay about £72 for two month learner insurance.its explain in their website that you can go to the test with the car but if you passed the insurance will no longer valid because you are not learner anymore but you can always ask someone who insured with the car to drive you home if you passed.and dont forget to check the requirements for the car that you can take to the test you can find this in the directgov i think.the process it self is straight forward and if you ever need to speak to the customer service they are good too.
