    Hello,

So quite recently I started year 11 and hit a new maths teacher. But literally I can not learn. Everyone either doesn't listen or messes around, mainly because of the teachers inablity to teach. I'm scared I might have to do foundation tier because if this, dk what should I do?

I suggest you teach yourself. I know it maybe is hard but trust me when I say this, when I don't get something, instead of doing nothing, I go home and get my laptop. Then practice a lot to make sure I got this. What I would suggest is, since it's your GCSE, make a complaint about it to your teacher. Tell him/her what do you think calmly. Don't get rude. But do it only if you feel like you're REALLY failing. Also, don't let any messed up students trip you up. The thing is that they can mess with teachers all day long, just get your work done and revise at home. You will be fine.
