I know some medical schools ask for proof of work experience or send forms/questionnaires following the initial UCAS application. I was wondering, is this something that most universities do (or just a few)? And also what sort of things they ask?

EDIT: just clarifying I'm not asking because I've faked work ex or anything, I just want to feel prepared, and of course if I need letters/references etc from places I've done work experience/been employed I will need to start getting these organised.

They will usually state this in their selection criteria(on website), if they require it.
