    Hi Guys,

I have just finished my level 4 apprenticeship in IT with a company that specialise in finding people jobs. I found my apprenticeship through a family member after frustratingly spending ages searching online with no real direction.

I am currently trying to work through a solution to help people find and understand apprenticeships and their advantages. However I cannot speak for all of us so I would love for some of you to share your search experiences with me. It would be great to hear what you found most frustrating whilst looking and how you eventually found your way in to work. I think its also important to me to understand your reasoning for doing an apprenticeship, for me I dropped out of university and saw it as an opportunity to pick myself back up again.

Also if anyone can point me to any similar threads that might be floating around that would be amazing

I found mine through a prince's trust 'Get into IT' course. A few weeks of learning to code in Java had me hooked on software engineering.

Hi. I am an Open University student looking for a biology apprenticeship. The problem I have is that I do not have any prior qualifications or experience in this field, and when I look for apprenticeships, all the places I seem to come across ask for this to some degree. Can anyone help, please? Thank you very much in advance...
