Animals and computers cannot enter into a social contract, therefore they do not have natural rights.

Sentience AND rationality are both prerequisites, animals lack rationality, computers lack sentience,

Natural rights are justified by utility.
    why Not?

    Prove that:
    A) Humans are rational
    B) All other animals aren't.

then they aren't natural. unless mother nature came down and decreed them herself they are man made.

    So you agree with necrophilia?
    Yes, there's literally no downside.

If animals could give consent the logic would be sound - but they cannot - so it's a NAY.

Nay. There are pretty severe public health concerns here regarding disease transmission which far outweigh the liberty argument for something so few people are interested in.
