I want to be a barrister but cannot afford to take a student loan and go to university. Are there any apprenticeships that offer an llb degree and will enable me to eventually become a barrister?

Unfortunately the Bar is a little behind in implementing apprenticeships. They are considering it but I don't know of any yet unfortunately.

There are some if you want to be a solicitor though.

But remember, but student loans aren't paid back until you are earning over a certain threshold, so you are probably able to afford it as you don't really get the impact of the costs until you are earning over £21k (and that figure is set to rise).
