So I'm currently stuck for ideas when it comes to my Chemistry Personal Project. I'm applying for Biochemistry courses at university and would really love to do something that's relevant to cancer research. Obviously studying at college level there's only so much they'll let you carry out in their labs.

Just thought I'd throw a post up here and see if anybody had any good advice/ideas!?

Anything related to protein structure determination is fairly suitable for Biochemistry and relevant for cancer research. Of course your school probably doesn't have any of the relevant equipment so it would probably be more literature based and using example calculations from data available on the internet.

You could try something related to cell signalling otherwise, although I have no idea what as I know very little of the subject.
