For my university application I have chosen 4 universities, all with a solid Psychology course. One of the universities (University of Reading) is offering Psychology but also its offering Psychology with neuroscience. I was more interested in taking the joint course, as I love the biological side of Psychology. I also found biology really interesting when I was in doing my GCSEs. However with considering my A level subjects I'm taking (Business studies, Sociology, Psychology) I feel I will be at a disadvantage. As I haven't studied Chemistry or pure biology in like 2 years. Could someone please give me some advice on what I could do?

Also I forgot to say that the university said I could pick the joint course if I wanted to, and if I didn't find it interesting or were struggling too muchI could easily switch to the solid psychology course.

I think you would be okay, honestly! I did a biology degree without chemistry and I didn't once feel disadvantaged you will all be taught the fundamentals, you basically start from scratch! Whilst people who did chemistry may pick up on things slightly quicker, I don't think you would struggle in grasping concepts! If they thought that, they probably wouldn't let people do the course unless they took other sciences. Have faith in yourself!

The fact you could switch is excellent too, as if you did find yourself a bit overwhelmed, there are options!
