    How exactly will GDPR affect land registry? Because, as I understand it , the right to be forgotten could be used so that individuals could ask for their information to be deleted from the registry - but then, under the LPA, they would no longer have title to their property.

    Is that correct? I can't find anything online about it.

    Edit: I just remembered the 'legitimate reason' get out under GDPR - my guess is land registry would rely on that, else the EU reg would completely undermine the formalities requirements in LPA.
Do you think parents should charge rent?
