I have always been a quiet person and I find it quite difficult to talk to people. Mostly because I either don’t know what to say, I am to afraid or I just do feel like talking to people. I have always find it difficult to talk in general but now I feel like it’s getting worse. As I am now avoiding my friends and not feel like doing any work in class. I’ve been feeling very emotional for the past few months as I have been crying a lot. Maybe I am going through this due to stress or something else. What advice do you have as I need help.

Hey there ! I'm very similar to you and find it quite hard to communicate with people so understand how frustrating it is. I also suffer from anxiety so i understand what you're going through Are you currently at school or college? Either way, I'd strongly recommend that you speak to them about the issue because then they can put things in place that would support and help you. I have spoken to my college myself and can say I am so glad I have done it! If you really feel that it is affecting you have you ever thought about going to see your GP? I think doing this will help you too because if needed they can refer you for extra help, such as counselling.
