Go ahead and apply then, assuming you are doing Maths and Further Maths.

Yes, but I am not sure if I will have a strong chance of getting an interview

Everyone who applies has the required predicted grades. Whether or not you get an interview depends on the strength of your personal statement.

Bear in mind Cambridge interviews a majority of applicants - usually 60-75% or so. If they believe your predicted grades are an accurate reflection of your abilities, they're more likely to interview you than not, and then use the interview as a major consideration in whether they'll consider you further.

GCSEs are rarely considered heavily, and never on their own - applicants having good GCSE grade profiles is more coincidental than by design of Cambridge, as those who do well in GCSE normally do well in A-levels and the admissions assessments, but there are also others who had poorer GCSEs that do well in those and are taken and do well.

Personal statements tend to not be too important for STEM applicants to my knowledge, as they're more concerned about your ability to do the course and the relevant indicators of that (for CS, your Maths background). You will most likely be interviewed if do reasonably in the assessment with that background, provided your PS doesn't say "give me money"

You might want to review some of the responses by the Peterhouse and Christ's College ATs in the recent thread regarding general admissions queries which inevitably tend to be "I think my GCSEs are bad" and them saying "they aren't, and we don't care" - which is applicable for all courses, except medicine.
