If her form has been sent off, ring UCAS within 14 days of it being sent off and they can fix it.

If it hasn't been send off yet, get your college to send it back to you.

Yeah... it's been sent off and UCAS is closed...

Reply 3

...how did she manage that?
Anyway, calling UCAS is the only option really, wait for it to open again!

Reply 4

Her referee did a rubbish job of checking her application! *sigh*

I hope it is closed because it is late, not because they are on holiday...

Anyhoo, try calling again in the morning, and hopefully UCAS can fix it.

If they can't... guess she will have to write/call the universities personally.

Ucas customer service is closed till 8.30am January 2nd

www.ucas.com

check the note.

Hmm... I'm sure they must allow for people who would have been within the 14 day time limit during their holiday to edit there application...

It will be fine, it's not her fault she had a blind referee, or UCAS took a holiday.

The universities are all closed anyway, so just wait untill UCAS return.

If that's the case, then you have two options (I recommend both):

1) E-mail UCAS about this, and also be sure to ring them at 8:30am Jan 2nd; get them (if possible to fix it)

2) Maybe e-mail the Unis and tell them that it was missed out accidentally. If UCAS (i.e. step 1, above) can't help, then this will be necessary - so you may as well do it now.

Ok thanks for all your help.

It really wasn't me though - this was honestly for my friend. I applied back in November!

In these situations UCAS would usually just tell you to contact the universities anyway, so just go contact the admissions departments at the unis your applying to?

Her referee? It's her responsibility!
