I don't have the average GCSE grades of all A*/As that a UCL candidate would have and everyone that I'm asking at college who are applying to UCL have immaculate grades so I was wondering whether anyone got in with low GCSE grades and perhaps lower entry requirements (e.g. it's required to get AAA but you got AAB and still got in)? I want to apply for French and Modern Languages both wanting AAB.

I got into UCL (Norwegian) with terrible GCSEs (only passed 3) - so clearly it is possible. GCSE grades are not that important. If you are predicted AAB then I suggest you contact the SELCS admissions tutor directly (preferably by phone) and discuss it with them. It's definitely worth applying in my opinion.
