I’m hoping to go to uni next year, I literally have no friends and have never had a social life. It really can get to me that I’ve struggled so bad socially. I would love to be able to make proper friendships and get to know people at uni.

It it relatively easier to make friends at uni compared with school/college etc? Please share your experiences? Thanks

Literally....it depends on your character. Ask yourself, were you the type to make friends easily? or it took you some time to find them but were worth it? or it was difficult for you due to certain traits of yours?

For me, I had difficulty making friends during first few years of high school but after I made like 2-3, I slowly started becoming friends with their friends. Now I'm in college and my character has changed from my highschool days......a lot. I can easily make friends coz...I am not reserved (most of the time), I show them my true self (well, with little restraint) and respect them enough to show them I am a nice guy (but not so much to make them think you're a pushover).

    Hope this helps, bud!
