    Hello, I have gained man boobs the past couple of years they poke out of my clothes and makes me feel embarrassed I am going to start going tomorrow to try to get rid of it I really don't know what to do?]

    General cardio, cut the **** out of your diet, do press ups and sit ups, go swimming.

    If you're going to the gym, the rowing machine is good as a combined exercise.

    A beginner's weight training routine as a form of exercise, best to build some muscle so you don't just end up skinny and also the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn at rest. Plus a hard weight training session will burn somewhere in the region of 400-600 calories in like an hour. There's also a link to the fitness FAQ in there which gives great dietary advice.
