I've recently studied a HND at an appalling college...

I have many reasons to complain, the assignments not even complete, 1 teacher got sacked cutting the day down 3 hours, tutors not being able to speak good english, tutors refusing to help after class, not marking my work etc. They even charged me an extra £600 hidden fee which was not mentioned on the course leaflet, as well as the fact that it took like 4-5 to just sign up because they kept messing it up.

Is there a chance I could get a good amount of money compensation? I think half the **** they've done is not even legal, the teacher would even discriminate against my disabilities.

But they seem to be covering themselves up, I just don't like anything about this college, remind s me of waterloo road - I've felt pretty low from their bullying. Worst life experience so far.

You would normally use the formal complaint procedure.

As for compensation , then possibly if you have funded it yourself. Youd need to see a lawyer, but you can start with talking to CAB and they an signpost you.

I think they've done quite a bit to cover themselves though. Next time I go in i'm going to be collecting as much evidence (I wish i thought of this sooner) of their flaws.

I have emails where the teacher didn't even reply or care about the assignments I submitted. The thing is I can't really prove that she's chose not to help me in class, and probably not won't be able to prove many of their faults, without being in text there going to deny all of it.

I have the leaflet that said the day was 2pm-8pm so can prove they conned me out of that.

This college just had no respect whatsoever for their students, I travelled miles everyday just for them to just shove it back in my face.
