People are telling me that Gcse Art was hard. I dropped Dt resistant materials first then chose drama. Then I dropped drama for art.
People are telling me it is very hard and ill regret it. Is it true?
I am also doing triple science as well so how will I study and revise for both.
Please will someone give me advice please.

you have to produce a lot of artwork, as long as you're happy to do that it won't be hard... art also finishes before everything else which gives you more time to revise

It's not necessarily hard, just a lot of people don't realise that there's a lot of written work that has to be done as well as creating artwork.

I think when I did it the whole year was spent creating a portfolio of work based around the artists of my choice, and the only time we were in exam conditions was the two days for our final piece.

You'll have more than enough time to do everything you need to do, you just have to make the most of your time.

People that I know who took art said they hated the course, but really liked the experience of learning new techniques

i don't do art personally, but loads of my friends have told me that art gcse kills your passion for art. it's very restricting and you have to follow a lot of styles even if you don't like them.
