I received a reasonably high grade for my BTEC course and a 2:1 BSc Hons.
However, I am looking into funding for the GDL as I am a non-law graduate and many requirements require A-Level grades. Will my BTEC be equivalent?

As far as I know, yes.

Yes - they generally do. Although it's always advisable to point out the equivalent A-level grades via a UCAS point translation just to emphasise their value to someone who might not be totally clued up.
