My girlfriend lives in Ireland and she went to a 1 day festivial yesterday and her ex was there and she was super drunk and got on a ferris wheel with him with two of her best friends. I've met all her friends so they know about me. I called her when she was there because she said she was so upset and felt like ****. When I called her she was on the ferris wheel and at the time she wouldn't tell me who she was with but I could here his voice.

I just annoyed that she lied to me about it but she told me the next moring. There's alot more the the story but it would take hours to explain. I just feel like I can't trust her sometimes if she does things like that, why cant she just forget about him and move on....

Tbh, it sounds like she's still not over her ex.
She probably had a slightly more intimate time than you'd like so I'd just break up on the spot. She couldn't be honest with you so it looks as if she felt she had something to hide.
If she can't sort out her priorites, it's not your fault but the relationship will deteriorate rapidly.

"with him with two of her best friends" so clearly it wasn't romantic otherwise she would have ditched the friends and just gone off with him on her own.

also why do you think that she can only interact with him in a romantic way? ya know that people can still be friends, right? also based on how you're annoyed I empathise with her, admitting that to a partner who would immediately jump to the conclusion that all interactions with another boy is a reason to distrust her takes guts (also "moving on" does not imply cutting all ties with them lmao)
