Job application test case— help anyone please

Task 1. Last year we bought a commercial property. The site manager was a self employed person and for his services he was billing a company on a regular basis every month for the same amount. As soon as we took over we fired the site manager. He sued us in court and asked to pay him for non full month like for a completed month.
Question. What could be the outcome of the case and why

Task 2. Our scavenger dropped our our garbage back- but not our garbage, someone else’s garbage and returned garbage was with asbestos. He said that the guys from recycling centre took it , then realised that it was with asbestos and returned it.
Fact- it wasn’t our garbage
Task- in this case it is necessary to show a step by step solution, explain your recommendation steps and also explain what could be outcome and why.

Its better if you show people what you have done rather than ask others to do it for you.

The first one is just asking you to recognise the issues and see how they play out. pay attention to the key words to know who has what rights.

The second one is asking you to be practical and work out a solution that they will agree to. They want to look at your practical problem solving.
