    so i did some work experience at a care home for just a day at a care home in yr 11 with school, how do i get a reference? Also is it okay to put this down on my personal statement for ucas? Should i just volunteer again and if so how do it. I can't seem to find an email address just a phone number, how do I ask if they have work experience or not, do i say hi my name is________ and i'm a student at ________ is there any volunteering experience avaliable for this date _______. should i mention my age too?

    For a reference (from school for the care home) just email or ask one of your teachers.
    For trying to get the experience/ volunteering just phone and ask what you wrote there. They may ask things like contact info for your school or your age etc so just have that ready. You could also call or visit and ask if they have an email address you could use.
    I would suggest doing more than a day if you're wanting to put it on a personal statement or anything. At least a week or two otherwise it sounds like you did a day just so you could say it.

    It was like a class project, we went for a day haha and okay thank you that helps a lot I’m planning to volunteer for a week in half term soon so I’m probably gonna call in tomorrow!
