I'm too shy to approach girls for some reason it is really bothering me, I do boxing but that still isn't helping me with my confidence, can anyone else give me some more advice for me to be relaxed when approaching girls?

Don't make it seem like a big deal in your head. If you do, you'll get nervous and back down from the idea.

If you see a girl you like don't overthink what you want to happen. If you start thinking "what should I say am I wearing the right clothes will she like how I look and what I sound like oh no she isn't for me she'll say no" then you won't get anywhere. Take deep breaths and assume the best.

Are you in school/uni? If yes then what you can do is sit near girls in class and start of with something small like saying "hi" then just gradually build up a convo
