Hey guys! So I'm studying English literature at University of Sheffield, and I still haven't got my accommodation sorted. I don't want to live in halls- I'd prefer to rent a flat.

Any ideas about what your average budget is, where and how to look, any important requirements for people in this situation already? Any tips? Thank you!

The university itself offers assistance with finding private accommodation, have you already looked here?

I have a room available in St George's Flats if you are still looking for somewhere to stay? The accommodation is right next door to the Diamond and only a few minutes walk away from the city centre. Rent is £129.71 p/w.
