    Hi, I should have been entering my second year of University with a Single Honours course, but have recently decided to change to a Combined Honours. This was approved by the University last week.

    My current application still states all relevant information as if I was entering second year. However, I did not send the declaration form.

    I am not full-time this year, and instead am part-time. How do I go about changing all information to the correct information?

    Hi matt,

    If you are transferring from year two of a full time undergraduate course to year two of another another and your course has already started then your university need to send us an electronic change of circumstances form to advise us of the transfer and the new course information.

    If your course has not already started you will be able make these changes online.

    Please confirm with your university, if you are transferring to a part time course.
    Then you would need to apply on a Part - time loan application form, PTL1

    Part time courses attract a Tuition Fee Loan only, there is no support for living costs with a part time application.
