First, start looking around at colleges in your area. A lot are doing their open evenings around this time, where you can go visit and learn about their courses they offer, look around the campus and facilities, etc. Make sure to visit as many as you can, that offer the courses you like - but don't focus on only one course. You say you like photography and want to do this as an A-level? Definitely look at the course at the colleges you visit, but also look at other things as most people take 3 to 4 A-Levels. Look at what you enjoy, what you're good at, and what sounds interesting. Maybe take notes on each college, and compare them. Once you've found the one right for you, visit their website and check how to reply. Many of them let you apply online, or if not, you will send a letter. I think application dates range from around now until March or so. Each college differs. Good luck!
