I want to do econ w/finance at uni, and right now doing econ, maths and physics. I want to drop physics, and so what would be better to replace it: geography, business studies or history? btw only did bs at GCSE out of the 3.
    Further Maths.

Of the ones you indicated, either Geography or History would be fine. The combination of Business Studies and Economics is usually disallowed by universities as the subject overlap means you are in essence doing a lesser workload, and the don't consider it to meet their requirement for 3 A-levels in separate subjects (whereas Further Maths usually does - LSE is a notable exception however).

I did neither of those subjects nor A-levels anyway, and the syllabuses would've been entirely different then anyway

Either is fine - take the one you enjoy the most and are most interested in, as by far and away that will carry you further in doing well in the course.
