Hi everyone. I have been reading the forum for a while and would like to ask for some advice.

I am one year away from getting my bachelor's degree in Finance from a decent Eastern European university. I live and work in London and my work experience is not in Finance. I used to work in IT, then had my business and now work as a team leader at a power plant.
What are my chances of breaking into banking or investment management at this age with no experience? Should I consider a part time MBA? I know competition is tough.Do I stand a chance with the smaller boutique firms?

    Thanks for your help!
