★★Bath Vs Lancaster★★（A Puzzled Overseas Student）

First of all, wish everyone here a Merry Christmas~! :wink:

Im an overseas student and I've applied for masters degree in some UK unis and have got several offers~
Univeristy of Bath: MSc in Management with Marketing
Lancaster University Management School: MSc in Management and Marketing
Aston Business School: MSc in Marketing Management
(I prefer bath and lancaster among these 3.)

Both LUMS and Bath are in small cities and they have similar course module and even the expense. So I dont know how to choose betweent these 2!! Who could help me~~~

As i know, LUMS is one of the only two 6* b-school in UK. And is famous for its finance? Bath, however, ranked much higher according to TIMES and is well-know for its management. I really have no idea which to go!!!
As im an overseas student, I am not so familiar with UK unis. The information i collected from web may be limited. So, hoping you could do me a favour and give me more advice and suggestion!!

PS: there are 2 other univs Im still waiting for, Durham and Bristol, also for MSc Management/Marketing.

Any comments on Schools and Suggestion is welcome!!!

Both universities are equally good for the what you're doing. I suggest taking a visit and talking to professors to see what suits you best. Bath is supposedly more pleasant than lancaster.

hi fifi, y don't u apply for lanca's amm? msc management and mkt is not as good as that one since it's for elementary level students.

both durham and bristol r not really good at mkt courses, not like aston. but aston's program lasts only 10-month, is that really what u want?

if u have any more questions, pls feel free 2 pm me. coz i'm now studying mkt in uk, and i guess we r from the same country. :-)

even i'v applied for MSc Marketing in aston, uni of birmingham, exeter, lancaster, bath and oxford brookes. Currently im doing fashion merchandising, after doing this i want to specialize myself in marketing. im looking for a place where academic as well as social life should be rocking. :wink:
