    Hi everyone,

I am wanting to study another degree and I am currently looking into studying with the Open University part-time as it says on their website you can get funding even if you already hold a degree - http://www.open.ac.uk/courses/fees-a...qualifications

The thing is, I already owe £58,000 of student loan. If I get more money on my student loan is that bad? Will I have to pay more money off or will it affect me getting a mortgage etc?

I am currently working full-time too.

    TIA

I would have thought it wouldn't matter. I'm a first year undergrad and I've always been told student loans make no impact on your financial abilities later in life. But I don't know if there's a limit on how much you can have.

Of course not. Just make sure you put it to good use though.

    Thanks,
I'm regretting my choice of degree and found it quite easy to complete but my heart has always been on computing!
