No matter what I do,I am always compared to the same "perfect student". I'm sick and tired of being under her and not being recognised. She has friends ,i have fake friends that are only there when they are bored. I have good grades but when i want help of a teacher, they say go ask her. I got deputy head girl aswell but yet again I am still under her and she thinks because she is head she can now boss me around. I am sick of it. Evetyone thinks we are best friends for some reason. No. Im just sick of being compared to her and not being good enough. Im so frustrayed with it. I know it sounds silly and selfish but it is always her. Im sick and tired of it. 5 years I have had to put up with it. I need a way to stop her from thinking shes better than me.

Then work harder. What others think shouldn't matter to you.

You're at school to do your exams, not impress your teachers.

nobody is better than anyone and it really annoys me when people think that they are. You just be yourself and work hard and you'll do okay, that's all that matters. Don't let anyone boss you around. I'm in sixth year and I've found that if someone done something wrong I'd quickly say to them whereas a few years ago I would have let anyone walk over me. I definitely think as you get older you stand up for yourself more.

There will always be someone better than you in life. It's a hard truth. Look forward and do your best. You don't need to care about anyone else. Just mind your own business.
