I know that Exeter has clinical exposure starting from week one or so. I talked to someone from Sheffield and it sounded like they had a lot of clinical contact in first year too.
King's doesn't have clinical exposure in the first year but in the second and third year we have one day at a GP and one day at a hospital a week which is quite a lot for so early in the course from what I've heard. (If I remember correctly, at e.g. Exeter you have 2 hours at GP a week in first year and one day a week in second year.)

Technically they all do as the GMC mandates it. It varies though from literally two half days per year (e.g. Oxbridge) to a maximum of a half day per week or so.
