I've heard really positive things about both but is there a reason St.Georges asks for a lower IB score? Also I've heard that Barts doesn't have as much of a campus feel, is this true?

I don't know about the IB thing but I went to the St. George's open day (loved it, first choice) and was told that if you like the community feel, it's a good place, but isn't for everyone for that reason. SGUL is basically all healthcare courses and is very small and the medical school is inside St George's Hospital. Barts is part of Queen Mary and QM is pretty big

You may as well explain your reasoning to OP.
