    a) Consider a simple bilayer composed of phospholipids (without cholesterol). What happens at transition temperature?

    b) State two changes in lipid structure that could alter the fluidity of the bilayer. In each case, explain how that change would lead to an increase or decrease in bilayer fluidity.

Not asking for the answer necessarily, I just have absolutely no idea where to begin with it. This is for Foundation Year Bio, btw.
