I did the same subjects and exam boards, dropping physics at end of year 1. For maths, do as many questions as you can (use physicsandmathstutor). For sciences, again do as many past paper questions, you'll see the questions they like to repeat and how to answer them. There are some useful questions by topic thread on tsr for them as well. Ensure you have the relevant books (I used textbook + cgp revision guide for biology and physics and this one for chemistry (separate book for y2):
Use the textbooks to understand the topic and cgp ones to briefly look over as it summarises all the topics nicely.

I use physicsandmathstutor.com for biology and chemistry but I can't find the topics and stuff that I need for maths. I especially like the worksheets but can't find them for maths

http://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/...-maths-papers/ notes and worksheet link is under each module. Also, i wont recommend p&m for sciences personally.

for chem: http://www.a-levelchemistry.co.uk/a-...ce-papers.html scroll down and there are so many papers. The site also has notes if needed, but i recommend the book for revising and mainly using sites for papers
