This is just a general q, ie. not centred around any course. Which is just generally better, in terms of student satisfaction, area, facilities (e.g. gyms, bars), teaching staff?
Will post this in the UCL forum too.

    Thanks in advance

Please don't crosspost this in the UCL forum. It would be fine where it is, or more appropriately in the universities forum.

You can find all these figures from unistats and other websites, as well as their own website regarding facilities etc.

Imperial is adjacent to the Science Museum, Natural History Museum, and V&A, which is a nice benefit. However South Ken (and the surrounding areas) are generally speaking extremely affluent and expensive to live in.

UCL also seems somewhat less pretentious from an admissions point of view - they actually have pages for e.g. mature students, students with disabilities, etc, etc who may want to apply.
