GS/JP/MS summer internship vs Nomura/HSBC full time. (Both IBD)

Which one would you take if you're in your final year and why?

EDIT: I didn't get offers from all of them. I'm just naming a few banks so that you understand the tier of the bank involved for anonymity.

Usually around 50% of GS/JP/MS convert. If you're good enough to get 3 offers you're good enough to convert.

Thanks guys. Sorry I wasn't very clear. I didn't get offers from all of them. For anonymity, I'm just naming a few banks so that you understand the tier of the banks involved.

So the question is top bulge bracket internship vs tier 3 full time.
