I am currently in year 13 and I am planning to go into medicine. My predicted grades are not great so I am planning to get well in my A-levels and take a gap year to apply. My school uses GCSEs to predict grades and my GCSE grades aren't great... Most medical universities require a minimum of a B in Eng Lang and I got a C. Also, I am unable to retake as the specification and the grading system has changed from last year. I am working very hard this year to achieve an A*AA. If I do indeed get those grades at the end of A-level, would I be able to get into medicine?
