Ik Computer science is way harder and would probably get you further. But, ICT is pretty easy and is used basically everywhere in jobs. What do you think is better?

    - I already now some programming skills in computer science but i'm finding it hard.
    - ICT is extremely easy for me, but I want to take Computer Science without risk of failure.

IT A-level does not exist anymore, it got dropped in the linear reforms. Any Level 3 IT courses being offered would be a BTEC, camtec or equivalent, unsure if that'll effect your decision.
