    Hi
I am going to be applying to Strathclyde University for 2018 entry and I am considering the following courses:
(MSci) Applied Chemistry with Chemical Engineering
    (MEng) Chemical Engineering.

I am especially interested in the MSci as I feel that I would get the best of both worlds combining my love of Chemistry and Engineering. However, I was wondering if employers look more favourably upon a MEng degree or an MSci degree.
Please, could someone tell me which course would be the better choice?

If you want the best of both worlds the MSci would be a better option. Whether this makes you less employable in engineering, I don't know, but generally speaking your experience and what else you bring to the table is more important than the title of your degree.
