I have been having trouble with myself lately, not being able to do anything productive and feeling useless. should i?

Personally, I do not believe in counselors (however in some cases people really need them).
I think that if you feel this way, it means that there are things you don't want to face.
Usually, these things require tons of analyzing in order to be understood.
So, take your time, think about what hurts and how to go about it.

Melisa is right dear but if such feelings persist then you may need to see a counsellor.
