I've always been an extremely quiet person and find it hard to talk to almost anyone be it classmates, acquaintances, teachers, even large groups of close friends. I get really anxious, go red af, stutter a lot, feel sick, etc
Everyone in my life has never seen it as an issue and just passed it off as shyness but I'm at a point in my life where it's really affecting me... e.g. doing badly in job interviews and not being able to socialise properly with new people. It's also making my already rock bottom self esteem drop even more lmao
Is this something I should seek professional help for or is it just a more extreme shyness that I should try to get over??
(P.S. this is my first post on tsr so idk wtf im doing)
